Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held at the Greenfield Town Office on Wednesday, August 19 at 8:00 p.m. to consider the following case:

Application for a Tower, Telecommunications Facility and Personal Wireless Service Facility, submitted by New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC (AT&T), for property located at 515 Sawmill Road, lot R1-009 for the following:

Special exception as allowed under Section V.1.c; Permitted Areas.

Dimensional Requirements:
Height, Ground-Mounted Facilities:  Ground mounted personal wireless service facilities shall not project higher than twenty (20) feet above the average tree canopy height within a fifty (50) foot radius of the mount, security barrier, or designated clear area for access to equipment, whichever is greater, for a 100 foot Monopole.

Performance And Design Standards:
Ground and Roof Mounts: All ground mounts shall be of a mast type mount. Lattice towers, guyed towers and roof-mounted monopoles are expressly prohibited, unless constructed as part of a reconstruction project permitted under Section D (2), for a Monopole with External Antennas.
